Request Account or Data Deletion
If you would like to request the deletion of your Fitbam account and/or any personal data associated with it, please send an email to:
In your email, please include the email address associated with your Fitbam account so we can locate and process your request.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, we will permanently delete the following data:
- Your account profile and credentials
- Meal logs and nutrition data
- Progress photos and body measurements
- Any other personal data stored in our systems
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
